Six Thirty help
Six Thirty keeps your household's food rules, recipes and weekly dinners in one place, and works inside Claude. Here's how to connect it, fix sign-in, and remove it.
What Six Thirty does #
Six Thirty is the household record behind your dinner planning. You talk to Claude as usual. Claude checks your Six Thirty record before it suggests or saves anything, and saves what you choose back to it.
- Household rules. Allergies and celiac are set once and apply to everyone at the table. Six Thirty won't save a recipe or a plan that breaks one of them, and it tells you why.
- Each person's way of eating. Vegetarian, dislikes, or a milder intolerance. These are handled with swaps inside the shared dinner, like "tofu for Raj", so you still cook one meal.
- Your recipes, pantry and week. Saved recipes with their source, what's already in the kitchen, the dinners for the week, and a shopping list grouped by aisle.
A recipe photo is saved only when you ask Six Thirty to import it, and only for your household.
Every change made in Claude shows up in your household at sixthirty.app/app, and you can undo it there.

ChatGPT
Six Thirty isn't in ChatGPT yet. We'll add steps here when it is.
If sign-in doesn't work #
- Check your email for the code. It comes in an email from Six Thirty. Look in spam or promotions too. It can take a minute.
- Use the newest code. If you asked for more than one, only the latest works. The code expires in 10 minutes, so ask for a new one if it's been a while.
- Use the same email as your household. A different address starts a new, empty household.
- Finish in the same browser. Sign in and choose Allow in the window Claude or ChatGPT opened. If that window was closed or blocked, start the connection again.
- Remove the connector and add it again. Remove Six Thirty from the connectors list in Claude or ChatGPT, then follow Connect to Claude.
Disconnect Six Thirty #
Disconnecting stops Claude or ChatGPT from reading or changing your household. Your Six Thirty household stays as it is, and you can reconnect any time.
For now, disconnect Six Thirty from Claude's or ChatGPT's own connector settings. Remove Six Thirty from the connectors list there.
In Claude
- Open Customize, then Connectors.
- Choose Six Thirty and disconnect it.
In ChatGPT
- Open Settings, then Apps.
- Remove Six Thirty from the list.
To remove your data as well, delete your household.
Delete your household #
This can't be undone. Deleting permanently removes your household, everyone's allergies and preferences, the pantry, saved recipes, the week's dinners, and shopping lists.
In the app
- Go to sixthirty.app/app and sign in.
- Open the Account sheet. It is the round Account button with your initial.
- Scroll to Delete and choose Delete household.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete household.
By email
- Email [email protected] from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my household".
- We'll reply to confirm it's you, then delete the household and email you when it's done.
After deleting, also disconnect Six Thirty in Claude or ChatGPT so it stops asking you to sign in.
