Effective date: October 7, 2026
Welcome to Six Thirty. We help families figure out what's for dinner. These terms explain how Six Thirty works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you. We've tried to keep them short and in plain English. Please read them, especially the section on health and allergies.
In these terms, "Six Thirty," "we," "us," and "our" mean Dixie Dingo Holdings, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, the operator of Six Thirty. "You" means the person using Six Thirty. "The service" means Six Thirty in every place you use it: the connector inside ChatGPT or Claude, the household web app at sixthirty.app/app, and the website at https://sixthirty.app.
Please read this section carefully.
Six Thirty is a meal planning tool. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for your doctor, dietitian, or allergist.
You are responsible for the food decisions you make for yourself and your household.
By creating an account or using Six Thirty, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and set up a household. Your household profile may include children and other family members. When you add information about someone else, like a child's allergies, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us so we can plan meals for your household.
Six Thirty uses passwordless sign-in. You sign in with Google or with a link we email you, and you can connect Six Thirty to ChatGPT or Claude through a secure sign-in (OAuth).
Because your email is the key to your account, please:
You're responsible for activity on your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
Please use Six Thirty for its purpose: planning meals for your household. You agree not to:
We may limit, suspend, or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.
"Your content" means the information you put into Six Thirty. That includes your household profile (eaters, allergies, health conditions, and preferences), your pantry, saved recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, and the structured results of photos you share.
You own your content. To run Six Thirty, we need your permission to use it. So you give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, process, and display your content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service for you. This license ends when you delete your content or your household, except for copies we must keep for a short time in backups or to meet legal requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Photos. When you share a photo, like a receipt, a pantry shot, or a cookbook page, ChatGPT or Claude reads it. Six Thirty saves only the structured result, such as a list of items or a recipe's title and ingredients. We don't keep receipt or pantry photos. For a cookbook page or recipe card you save, we may keep that photo as the recipe's picture.
Saved recipes. Saved recipes contain the title and ingredients only, plus a link back to the original source. We never save cooking methods. Please only add recipes you have the right to use.
Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve Six Thirty without owing you anything.
Six Thirty finds recipes on free, public recipe websites and links you to the original source. Recipe photos are shown from the publisher's own page. Those recipes, photos, and websites belong to their publishers, not to us. We don't check every recipe for accuracy, nutrition, or safety, and we aren't responsible for content on other websites. Please visit the original source for full instructions, and see the health and allergy section above.
If you believe content shown through Six Thirty infringes your rights, email us at [email protected] and we'll look into it promptly.
Six Thirty works alongside other companies' services. None of them are affiliated with Six Thirty, and each has its own terms and privacy policy.
We aren't responsible for third-party services, and they may change or stop working with Six Thirty at any time.
Six Thirty is in early access. That means it's still being built, and things will change. During early access:
We appreciate your patience and feedback while we improve things.
Six Thirty is free during early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we'll tell you in advance, and we'll explain the price and terms before you're charged anything. You won't be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
You can stop any time. You can delete your household, which deletes your household profile and related data, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can also disconnect Six Thirty from ChatGPT or Claude in those apps' settings. To delete it, use the Six Thirty app at sixthirty.app/app, or email [email protected] and we'll do it for you.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we need to for legal or security reasons, or if we stop offering the service. When we can, we'll give you notice and a chance to save your information first.
Sections that by their nature should continue after your account ends, like the health and allergy section, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will still apply.
We work hard to make Six Thirty helpful, but we can't promise it will be perfect. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any recipe, suggestion, list, or recall heads-up will be accurate, complete, or safe for you.
To the fullest extent the law allows:
Some places don't allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
If you misuse Six Thirty or break these terms or the law, and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
We may update these terms as Six Thirty grows. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top. If we make a material change, we'll email you at the address on your account before the change takes effect. If you keep using Six Thirty after changes take effect, that means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, you can stop using the service and delete your household.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing a claim, please email us first. Most concerns can be sorted out quickly and informally.
